  • date filters include the event period
  • your account has permission to view that event scope

How do I handle a buyer claiming payment succeeded but no ticket was received?

Use Guestlist > Orders first:

  1. search by order ID, email, or buyer name
  2. verify payment status
  3. if paid and incomplete, escalate with order details and timestamp

Can I change event details after launch?

Yes, but use controlled change management:

  • avoid structural ticket changes without sign-off
  • communicate venue/time updates immediately
  • document all post-launch edits for support teams
